What do I do if I experience an issue with a product I purchased at your retail store in Colorado?

Please keep in mind that all sales are final at our retail locations in Colorado.
If you have a faulty vaping cartridge, it may be exchanged at the store where it was purchased within 7 days of the transaction if accompanied by the receipt. All other products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
